I was in contact with Ian at this company and we was very helpful and kind. Professional. I liked my daughters necklace so much I ordered one for myself. The nameplate is very substantial and the lettering was perfect! VERY NICE QUALITY! I will know to wait about a month for my necklace to come. It is worth the wait though. The box chain seemed to be nice quality as well. I have worked in the fine jewelry business for several years and have very high standards. You will not be disappointed with this necklace. Would make a very special gift too!
